MINUTES
OF MARCH MEETING
The meeting was held on March 14, 2009 at the
guild’s new venue, Bad Woman Yarn. In attendance were: Justine Ozaki, Jean Becker, Carmella Patterson, Debborah Herrmann,
Clare Cronkleton, Linda Yaw, Jan Ives, Deb Hobbs, Anne Foster Angelou, and Josie Addington. Apologies to all I was late for
the workshop so I’m compiling the attendance by memory.
Justine, as President, led the meeting.
March Workshop
The March workshop was a sock workshop
led by Josie. Specifically, the workshop was geared toward shaping the heel and creating the gusset to transition to the foot.
The pattern provided was a basic cuff-down sock.
Aside from the workshop, members took
time to discover Bad Woman Yarn and the surrounding shops.
Next month’s workshop will be a
new stitch taught by Jean Becker.
